    Hi,

If the plugin was not active, then it was not able to gather the data needed to produce the reports using that data.

For such time periods, you should use the plugin you were using at the time, as its reports should still be accurate. (And then de-activate it once you’ve read its reports).

Note that the authors of WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant also offer you a migration service. So if you really want to see the data in our plugin’s reports, you can take advantage of their service, and then you will do so.

to migrate the data I hope find… (no my old plugin doesn’t give consistent data anymore that’s why I want to change)
if we can’t see if the plugin works, if it gives the right data, if it has the necessary options for our use, it’s problematic.

no take in charge orders before plugin install is a bigproblem. How to be compilence with EU VAT law if we can declare juste a part of the year. you sould really integrate to take in charge brevious orders, like all plugins.

    Hi,

I don’t understand what you’re saying. You want to create reports using non-existent data – how can that be done? Or, you’re acknowledging that the data does exist inside the Aelia plugin, but you don’t want to import it because you consider it unreliable data. What are you asking for? A report can’t be created without using any data.

I have 5 years woocommerce order datas your plugin does not take into account the past orders, report is empty, from what I understood from what you were saying it’s your normal process. it is?

we did not have to understand because it makes no sense a critical data plugin that serves to declare the vat by months and years that will not take into account the months and years of previous activity of the store woocommerce.

I don’t want to import from a third party plugin (which is not necessarily right) just that the plugin takes into account the past months and years of woocommerce orders, thinks.

    Hi,

I don’t think you’re understanding me: to produce a valid, legal EU VAT report requires data that the WooCommerce plugin *does not record*.

    Do you see the problem?

ok. I’ll try to find how to migrate date from Aelia plugin, even if there is a problem with that datas, it is better than no data.
