Empty Quiz csv

  • When there is a large quiz we get the e-mail without problem, but the submission does not get stored and it does not appear in the csv file when exported.

    Any way to resolve this problem?

    I hope you’re doing well!

    This is a strange issue. Would you please see if you can replicate the same issue with all plugins deactivated?

    Please leave only the Forminator plugin and submit a form. See if the form will be shown under submissions.

    If the submissions will be shown please start activating one plugin at a time, every time checking if the newly submitted form will be shown under submissions.

    Make sure to have a site’s backup before running this test or make this test on a staging site.
