I did already, the addon is installed. The weird thing is if a do a forward to myself of the email, Posty recognize the email and make a post correctly.

Did you received the log? I am using Sendy email services to send the emails and are received on a Gmail account. here: 54.242.153.171

I have the plugin installed but not getting that email with the logs (https://prntscr.com/g348ig). I went from 1 to 0 after process the emails, but not sure where to look for the logs

Another option is to click the debug button and send the resulting output to [email protected]

Thanks, I do see the issues, but I’m not entirely sure what is causing it. It does look like the html is invalid which may be confusing the parser.

Can you use the same procedures to send an email to [email protected]?
