Empty popup when click on ''Reserve''

    Hi,

    Is it normal that when I click on “Reserve”, it always shows an empty popup with 2 choices : “Accept” or “no”.

    Also, since the last update, is it normal that on step 5(registration) there are 5 rows that are empty. If I press submit without filling them, it throws me this:

    You have the following error(s):

    You must enter a value in the Street Address field.
    You must enter a value in the City field.
    You must enter a value in the drop-down.
    You must enter a value in the Zip code field.

    So I guess that there is a problem with displaying some titles.

  • The first popup is your Meeting Room contract. You can edit the text in Meeting Room Settings -> Content Settings.

    The second issue is that you are set for ‘Global’ addresses instead of ‘USA’ and need to fill out the labels. This is under Meeting Room Settings -> Locale Settings.
