From what I’ve seen on your website it seems like the iframe has set a height so this is the reason why the popup is empty. Can you please deactivate all your plugins except ours and see if it works ?

This problem can be solved with the following css rule :
iframe{ height:100% !important }

But this is a general rule and I cannot guarantee it will not mess with something else on your website.

I have added a small <style> script to the bottom of the comments.php component, and now it works correctly.

It’s still weird to me that the iframe has an inline style that is wrong, any idea what might be causing this? If you don’t know either then it’s okay.

I’m afraid that you have a plugin that has a conflict with our plugin. But I don’t know which one it is. If you want to find this out, deactivate all of them except for ours and check if it now works. If it works, activate all the plugins one by one and check to see which one causes the problem.
