    I don’t understand why this form is empty, i used it many times on other sites and it worked, but now it didn’t display anything. Can you help me please?

    I see the Cookie Policy appearing on the attached page at the moment, are you still experiencing any issues with this?

    Well, the problem is solved, it was due to a misconfiguration of a template, now it work, there is no any issue with this plugin, thanks. ??
