Empty Page when No Products found

    Hi there,

    I am getting an empty page when the filters do not find any matching products.

    It is no longer showing the filters applied at the top, or any text to explain that no products match my criteria?

    Is there a setting I am missing?

    Very frustratingly if you click on the link I supplied then it does show a blue banner explaining no results, but this doesn’t show when you apply the filters as a user. Only when visiting the link.

    Try to disable ajax mode.

    Hi, @mediawebster thank you for replying.

    If I disable ajax mode then the filter does not work at all. It shows the filter applied, and that I should have a certain result. In this example 1 result, however, all the original existing products are still visible.

    I agree it works if the filter finds products, it could just do with the ‘No Results’ explanation when no results are found.

    Very strange! Try it with another theme.

    OR create page with shortcodes – [woof][woof_products]
