Ok, the conflict is because of my theme.
(if I change to other default wp theme the plugin works correctly).

Following your guide I already tried to set up the “skip_loop” option, but it still didn’t work.
Then I check if I have the php call into the footer and I have it correctly.
Next step is to check if my theme (which is “premium”) supports custom post type.

    How can I check this?

    Thanks for help

    Giacomo

    Hi Giacomo,

If you paid for your theme I recommend checking with them if your theme supports custom post type.

The theme is called “Michell” and on their official page on theme forest there is written that support is not available anymore..

Yes, I am in deep shit.

    Hi Giacomo,

I’m sorry to hear that, but unfortunately we are unable to fix theme conflicts. It can take a significant amount of time to find the source of the conflict in the theme. It would be best to hire a developer to help you with that.

    Take care,
    Ben
