Empty-page-at-the-end-of-post

I intend to resolve this as part of adding support for posts authored using the block editor. At the moment, this plugin hasn’t been updated since 2014 and hasn’t been tested with WordPress versions greater than 5.4. Progress towards block-editor support and bug fixes like this will be tracked at https://git.ethitter.com/wp-plugins/automatically-paginate-posts/-/issues/12.

The 0.3 release fixes this issue.
