Empty page after deleting post

When I delete a post from the frontend dashboard, I get an empty page instead of a reloaded dashboard with one less post in the list of posts. The URL seems to lack a section variable in it –
/user/47/?section&msg=deletedwhile it should be/user/47/?section=post&msg=deleted. Please help!
