• Hi, I have a very weird and confusing issue that I can’t figure out. I’ve had a number of reservations come up empty (for lack of a better word). They are submitted through the front end just fine, but they never show up in pending. But somehow, they are in Book A Room. If you search for that branch on that day, they do show up
    If you view the reservation, there is no information
    If you change the status to any of the options and hit submit, it takes you to the Pending reservations, where the reservation is not listed.
    If you try to edit the reservations, you get this
    If you add information and hit submit, it will say “The ID you are trying to view doesn’t exist”

    I can find no common factor for this error – no date, time, branch or room – and I can’t recreate the error, either. It seems to be completely random and it’s really troubling, since there’s no way to tell how often this is happening.

    I’ve updated everything and deactivated all of the other plug-ins. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated! Let me know if you need any more information! Thank you!
