    Hello! Installed the plugin, tested everything. But on the second day, some of the messages began to come to the admin without data – without a name, phone number, product name. Where to look for the cause in this case?

    Sorry, the reason is not in the plugin. The plugin was not integrated into the retail CRM. Now experts are doing it.
