Empty Map?

  • We are in love with the features of this product. So in love that we immediately purchased the premium version. Apparently, we purchased it TOO quickly as all I can get is an empty map on the page: https://bit.ly/2bPZheW

    From WP-Admin we can see the map, therefore the Google API seems to be working. Per other posts on this forum we did install “API KEY for Google Maps”. I am hopeful that someone on this forum is able to offer a suggestion. I contacted the developer several days ago, but he has been unresponsive (maybe he is traveling).

    Our client needs this map on her site and unless we are able to find the cause to this issue, we will have to start over with another map program (which will likely be inferior to this product).
