    Hi there,
    When I compplete and send this form I received an empty mail, just a few data like subject and from recipient field, nothing more.
    All I can see from the form code seems to be correctly. Cuold you help me woith this guys, thank you so much.

  • Did you include all the field identifiers in the Mail tab?
    [your-email] [your-email] [your-message] etc
    When you go to “Mail” tab after saving the form and refreshing.(refreshing is important)
    You will see all the identifiers you used in the form. you need to include those in the Mail body.

    etc

    Please show me your “Mail” tab.

    in Cuerpo del mensaje field include [member-number] and [document-number] then you will receive the other fields as well.

    in Para put the email address that you would like to receive emails to(usually your email)
    in De put [first-name] [last-name] <[email protected]>
    in Asunto put some text before [subject] identifier. for example. Contact Form Submission – [subject]
