Empty lines after closing php tag breaks YOAST SEO Sitemap

Hello,

we use your plugin (v 2.5.0) on a few of our customer sites and yesterday we found out, that empty lines after the closing php tag in mt-captcha.php breaks the YOAST SEO sitemap_index.xml because the xml file doesn`t start at line 1 but in line 4 and then the error occured that the xml declaration is allowed only at the start of the document.

You can find this empty lines in line 321 and 669,670,671

Please fix this.
