Empty HTML elements instead of images

    Hi there,

    I am a pro version users and I’m having issues transforming articles after I upgraded to version 5.1 of WordPress.

    Images are not showing in the Instant Article and instead there is a message from Facebook saying “The HTML element does not contain any text: Avoid including empty HTML elements”.

    Can you please help me?

    Sorry, I thought I replied to your thread in our premium support but I think it was actually a different customer with a similar name! Could you possibly email [email protected] please with a link to your RSS feed and a link to the article you’re having issues with? We’re currently working on our WP 5.0 compatibility and I’d like to make sure it’s completely working before we release it.

    Hi, thank you. It was fixed already. Apparently there were some issues with file permissions on my site, which caused the bad transformation of images.

    Looking forward to the new WP 5.0 fully compatible version of the plugin.
