Empty field in message body

  • Hy,

    I have a long form with very many fields.
    I would like if the field is empty, do not appear in the message body.
    For example:
    Field: [text your-name]
    Message body:
    Sender Name: [your-name]

    If the [your-name] is blank, the message only appears in this:
    Sender Name:
    Is it possible to not display the Sender Name in the message?
