Empty Field Erros

  • I am getting error messages when I try to setup a new poll such as:

    “Option “Poll Start Date” Not Updated! The field is empty!”
    “Option “Email Notifications Recipients” Not Updated! The field is empty!”

    I am setting these fields but the plugin just won’t recognize them. This is causing other issues, such as in the widget where if I set it to display the latest or currently active poll, no poll is shown on the page (I expect because it doesn’t recognize a start date).

  • Hi. In my case, that is the Poll End Date that I can’t set. The Poll Start Date can be set using the calendar because it seems to be an issue with the dates written as DD-MM-YYYY versus MM-DD-YYYY around the poll recap and the field in one poll.

    There have been some issues with the 5.0 version. At the moment we would recommend using the 4.9.1 version.
