I have already a Custom Feed that is working well. I wanted to setup a second one to use on Google Merchandise Center. I created a new feed with Google Shopping as a choice. However, the feed xml doesn’t include any item.

    What I get is this:

Google Merchant

WooCommerce Product Feed PRO - This product feed is created with the Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce plugin from AdTribes.io. For all your support questions check out our FAQ on https://www.adtribes.io or e-mail to: [email protected]

    Link for the XML

Based on the support page here and the FAQ “My product feed is empty” I have already checked

    1) I don’t use any filters or rules.
    2) I use Chrome to test and not Mozilla
    3) I have WP-Cron enabled which the plugin system checks can also see (WP-Cron enabled True)

  • Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. How does your first page (“general feed settings”) of the feed configuration looks like?

Sorry for bumping the thread, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help you finding the issue.

Apologies for the late reply, as you mentioned you copied the setting from another website and it is now working like a charm we thought the issue at hand was solved.

Anyhow, do you happen to have only product variables in your WooCommerce store? In that case please enable the “Include product variations” feature.

    Hope this helps?

That worked. I am really sorry if it was so trivial. Case closed ??

Assuming the issue at hand is sorted and/or our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
