    Hi aadmbx,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The XML example you are showing indicates to us that you have created some (include_only or exclude) filters removing more products than you expected.

Could you show me the filters you created?

    All the best,
    Eva

Hi, I have the same problem. Some products not includes on XML file.
I use for moto tyres eshop the filters:
Name , code, brand, size, ean (for the some of products not for all).

    Hi aadmbx,

Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true
Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at [email protected] and reference to this issue?

It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed.

    Thank you very much.

    All the best,

    Eva

    Dear Eva

Debug feed sent to [email protected] with theme – post-10663720

    Thank you.

Thanks for the log, I got it.

It seems like there are a couple of things you did that caused the feed to contain only one product.

When you create a product feed that contains simple and variant products (which you both have on your website) you need to enable the option ‘Include product variations’. The plugin will than automatically also add the g:item_group_id field to the product feed and to the attribute mapping page. That feed needs to be present so please do not remove it on the category mapping page.

You are probably best of to just create a new feed, enable the ‘include product variations’ option and take it from there.

Hope this makes sense? Let me know when you need more help.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Thank you.
    Done.

So, I can’t make feed without variations?
