Empty Export Files

Sorry for inconvenience.

Could you please do following for me?

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Export, select the fields you intend to export by checking those fields.

2. Click Save Settings button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Once those fields are saved, try to export for intended period.

Plugin recently went some underlying changes which may need to re-save the settings. Could you please let me know if you re-saved the settings and tried exporting? If yes, do you have any development/staging site where I can test this issue?

Yes I did save the settings before exporting.

I don’t have a staging site at the moment, but i’ll create one and get in touch.

Did this query have a resolution ? I have just completed a batch of plugin updates following the WordPress update and I am returning empty files also. I use Simply Order Export and the extra add on. I have saved changes on both the main and advanced tabs but still return files with just the header data.

Hi Martin,

Could you please update the add-on plugin to version 3.8 as this is the current version for the add-on plugin which undergone many of the changes under the hood and is compatible with Simply Order Export plugin’s latest version?

Many thanks. I have now updated and the files are being created correctly.
Thank you also for your brilliant plugin. We sell plants, each one of which needs an identifying label. I use the export file to import into my own label printing program, which then automatically generates the correct labels.
