    Hi there,

If the offset function is 0 the plugin exports all the orders. But if I fill in a random number by offset the plugin creates an export file but the file is empty.

I only want the 60 latest orders to export.

I hope you can help me! Thank you

Because I didn’t get an anwser yet. I tried something else. I deleted all the orders, so I could upload the entire .csv file.

But after uploading the .csv file there are missing about 40 orders. Is there a maximum for uploading?

I really need help with this thank you!

    Hi @creatinglab,

The value provided in the Offset field is the number of orders that will be skipped from the export. If you are required to export only the latest 60 orders then you may please provide the value 60 in the “limit” field and not the offset field. For a better understanding, you can go through the documentation.

Regarding the issue with importing orders, there is no limit in the number of orders that can be imported. Could you please mention whether you are receiving any error messages when importing the orders. If you are receiving any error messages then please share us the screenshot of the same.

    Thank you for your answer.

I wanted to export order 2875 till 2981. I entered 2875 in the offset field and left the limit field empty, because all orders had to be exported from 2875.

Or should I have filled it in differently?

There was no error massage after importing the orders. So I have no clue what went wrong.
