I made a test submission and it seems to work on your website at the moment:

Could we know what exactly we should enter in the form to replicate the issue? Do you notice the issue only when any specific field is entered?

Could you please share the form export and provide steps to replicate it so that we could further investigate what might be causing it?

The issue occurs only on certain phones/desktops while it works on others. It isn’t any field related since I have performed troubleshooting for the same.

Thank you for the form, this error usually is related to caching but I see you already enabled the load from Ajax.

From the form site it seems everything is fine, I attempted a submission without any issue from my site and the shared URL too.

Could you please try to replicate the issue and if still persists click on the right button of mouse > inspect > Console https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console

Take a screenshot and send on ticket reply.
