    Hi,

    thank you for the great plugin! It works very good so far. However mails from the plugin Jreviews don’t show any content. Rather the subject text nor the body content.

    The developer of the plugin told me:

    “All mail is sent using wp_mail with the default priority.”

    add_filter('wp_mail', [$this, 'wp_mail']);

    Any idea on how to fix that problem?

    Thank you in advance for any help!

    Hello getimo,

    our plugin has no specific compatibility with Jreviews. While some plugins work out of the box, others have to be adapted to be compatible.

    We will add the plugin to our compatibility requests and will contact the developers of the plugin.

    However, we can not guarantee, that we will add compatibility, also depending on getting access to the Jreviews plugin.

    Best regards
    Julian

    Hello Julian,

    thank you for your answer. I thought every plugin which utilizes the wp_mail filter would benefit from your plugin. Is there anything I can help? I will point the developer of Jreviews to this thread because we as customer can’t do much here I suppose.

    Hello Julia,

    is there any update on this topic. I’d like to understand why some mails do work but others not. Even if both utilize the same function.
