    First of all thank you for this great plugin.
    The below has been posted about 18 months ago and should have been solved with version 9.4.1. We use version 9.6.11 and sometimes we receive empty email confirmations, just described as below:

    We have a rather peculiar intermittent problem with confirmation emails. The buyer receives the email, but it is empty, apart from attached images (our logo and the ticket QR codes) which would normally appear as part of the message body. The copy of the email sent to the seller is also empty.

    This happens about one in 15-20 bookings.

  • What happens if you try and resend the offending emails via the admin side?

    Do they send okay or do they still send empty? Is there a common denominator to all emails? Is it someone with an apostrophe in their name? etc

    What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

    Resending from the admin site shows empty email fields, too.
    I had a look at the database (using phpmyadmin), there are the fields empty as well.
    Names with german Umlaut, apostrophes etc. works fine so far.
    Problem is that I cannot reproduce the error. I tried it with two different installations on two different servers. Would it make sense to try to change the php version? (I am not really familiar with php…)
