• 3 WooCommerce stores of my clients are connected to Mailerlite. All 3 of them have different plugins installed and run on different servers. All 3 use this plugin to subscribe customers and send order data to Mailerlite.

However only 1 of them sends e-commerce stats to mailerlite. This is also the only site that uses both your plugins – for WP and Woo. The rest, use only Woo integration.

Do you think that these things are somehow related? Have you encountered such problems before?

    Kind regards,

I think I’ve come up with a possible reason why this is happening, but I need your confirmation.

Am I right to think that order data is saved in “e-com stats” tab only when a person clicks a button in the email that redirects them to the store and then they purchase something?

Is it explained somewhere on your site in more detail?

    Kind reagrds,
    Krzysztof
