Empty Dashboard after Update to Piwik 2.14

I’ve got an similar problem after i was updating Piwik today. My WP Dashboard leaves empty, except the left menue is still visibile. My shared hosting package doesn’t allow an php update to the required version wich should be 5.5 at least. That’s why i put this snippet in my htaccess file: AddHandler x-httpd-php56 .php as the hosters supports told me to do. But this doesn’t solve the empty dashboard problem while the wp-piwik plugin is running.

Piwik itself and the tracking seems to run anyway, so i guess we all are waiting for an update on that great plugin.
