Empty custom feed

With regards to your first question:

Yes you can add a static affiliate ID at the end of your product deeplinks. Assuming you also have the Google Analytics tracking feature of our plugin enabled you can add a static parameter like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yxgvtuz4gzia15p/Aff1.png?dl=0

Resulting to this in the feed:

With regards to your second question:
Can you send us the plugin debug.log URL so we can tell how you configured the custom feed you created? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

Also make sure you have disabled this feature:

Question 1:
Does this work with any affiliate ID or does this only work with Google Analytics Affiliate IDs? We have a seperate plugin which creates the affiliates IDs.

I just checked your custom feed but it most certainly is not empty? For me it contains over 70 products? This is your feed URL that contains the products: https://nordkamm.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/csv/a0O4ZwTMGJM1zsXpRsg9YvYGgr5cRlFe.csv

Now with regards to your first question. You can add any affiliate ID but only static ones so you can not put in an different affiliate ID and value per product. All affiliate ID’s and values will be the same for all your products.

Hi – that is strange. Also when i open your link I only see headline in the excel with this infos

id,title,description,link,image_link,price,categories,brand

thats all – the rest is empty.

Any idea?

Perhaps you are trying to import an old (empty) version of the CSV?

When you open the file it contains products. Does this now also work for you?

sorry for my late reply. It is a bit strange.

– I was on the FTP and can see a file size of the csv about 120k kb.
– When I download the link, the cvs has file size of 1kb – in this file on the header is shown.
– When my colleague is downloading the file he can see the full content.

It looks like your plugin is working fine – but if you have any idea why my csv is empty would be a great.

Hi Bernard,

My guess is that you are looking at a previous version of the CSV? When you download it locally and you do that multiple times then it is being saved under a slightly different file name (with (1), (2), (3)) and so on behind it. Perhaps you are not looking at the most recent version?

Coming back to the affiliate ID:

Where can I find the “Google Analytics tracking feature”. Is it this one in the settings “Add Google Dynamic Remarketing Pixel”?

Did I understand you correct that we can not make different feeds with different affiliate IDs? e.g
Feed 1: add ?wpam_id_3 to all products
Feed 2: add ?wpam_id_4 to all products

Hi Bernard,

Yes you can add static affiliate ID’s for all products within one feed. All those products in that specific feed will then have the same affiliate ID.
