Empty Content in Facebook Instant Articles

    Hi,

    we published articles in WordPress today. Everything seems ok, our content is live on instant article normally in publishing tools.

    But we check this content in mobile (instant article) and we also found that there is no content, it’s blank. There is only heading and suggested articles.

    How to solve this issue?

    Hi all,

    Thanks for getting in touch. We haven’t changed anything in our plugin in the last few weeks so I’m fairly sure this is something to do with Facebook. We’re currently looking into it but we’re not quite sure what the issue is yet. Is it happening for all posts? And if you go into your Facebook Page -> Settings -> Instant Articles / Production Articles, are there any errors or warnings against the article?

    Hi,

    Yes, it is happening to all posts. But I can see contents of IA with my personal facebook account on my phone. But others couldn’t see any contents of IA on their phones. We have no idea why this is happening.

    There are no any errors or warnings in Production articles. I think it is normally stated before this issue.

    We wanna know this error is about technical(plugin or WordPress) issue or facebook issue.

    Hi,

    Is still happening on new articles (ones published in the last day or so)? We think it was a bug with Facebook that has now resolved itself for some of our other customers.
