Empty code in shortcode?

  • Hi, i see a blue block with empty code in it. Does anyone know how this can be removed?

    Hi there,

    This looks like a block or element which was added in your page before the Configurator shortcode. So maybe you want to check that.

    As it’s empty, you may need to view the source in order to see it, depending on the editor you are using.

    but, when i remove the shortcode from the page, that empty thing is also gone….

    Ok, how did you add the shortcode? Did you copy it from somewhere?

    If so, it’s possible that it was displayed in a code tag, and that code tag was copy/pasted with it.

    So you could try to enter the shortcode manually, or paste it without formatting, or paste it first in a text editor which will strip the html then copy it from there.
