Empty Categories Not Showing "No Products Found"

Hi,
After upgrading the Woocommerce, empty categories don’t show the “No products were found matching your selection.”

By deactivating all plugins and using Twenty Thirteen Theme, Still the same issue. Please help to solve the problem.
