HI, I am havign an issue with my site, I am getting “Empty cart” after I add the produt, then in cart I removed it, and then try to re add, this is crrting some cache issue, that I can’t fix, the issue is gone after just deactivating your plugin, but I really need the pluign, is this possible to have this fixed please? This is a really big problem fro me and my user experience with woocommerce.

I have to delete browser cache tore add the product, and after 1 time relading the cache starts again and this issue remains all the time.

I am using wp rocket for caching, maybe is a way to exclude your cookie using it, please let me know if its possible or you check this out.

The pro version tracks ATC events in a similar way to the free plugin.

There are two ways we can track clicks on those buttons, using classes, or using filters. They both work just fine in most cases, but sometimes a theme or a plugin doesn’t correctly use either the default ATC classes, or the filters. If you add a cache upon this, there’s room for such errors. That’s why changing between the two options usually helps.

Ok, but you know this is fixed in pro version? I am considering it, but i wanted to know if free version is enough for example to have lanfing page and where the coming traffic is from so i can know if my ads are coming from the right place. I am asking you because I don’t know how to active this for the free and i saw that in your pro plugin. please let me know to clarify this, thanks!

is this possible ? I mean is that feature available in free version as well?

Such data can be reported by Google Analytics. The free plugin is enough for this type of reporting, assuming that you install the Google Analytics tag.

Hi, the issue is back again after updating the plugin, please consider this issue to be avoided in newest versions.

We didn’t have a change when the issue first happened, and we didn’t have one with this recent update. This is all related to the cache and how the theme implements those buttons.

Changing the option explained in this video should fix it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZoAu8a0PNg

In order to check this thin we need to actually investigate the issue on the site, or on a staging copy. Please send us a message here: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact
