Empty Cart Issue

Hello,
We have been receiving comments that customers are showing an empty cart page after adding subscriptions. Our site uses WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions. We are currently hosting with WPEngine and have turned off cacheing and have added cache exclusions for the cart, checkout, and each subscription product page.
Do you have any suggestions to help prevent this issue from recurring?
