Empty cart issue

    Hello,

    this is a great plugin and if my issue will be solved, i will purchase the premium version! But for now, the custom button on a subscription product page does not work. There is the “added to cart” alert but the cart is still empty.

    I found out that the reason is my theme, with twelveeleven-theme everything works. Maybe anyone can help?

    Update: I’m adding value="<?php echo esc_attr($product->get_id()); ?>" to the button on product page in <button ... and it’s working. Anyone can verify this solution?

    There is another issue i have noticed: If you check sold product individually, he does not add the product to cart. Anyone have an idea?

    Hi @lars1992,

    We have checked the sold product individually option and it works flawlessly with the custom add to cart button in our test environments. If the option is enabled, when the add to cart button is clicked, it will take you directly to the checkout page.

    Let us know if any issues. Kindly check by switching the theme to ensure any issues.
