Empty buttons causing my website to fail in WebAIM WAVE accessibility validator

Because of the empty buttons in the Photoswipe lightbox, the following buttons causing to fail with error in WAVE WCAG 2.0 accessibility validator, even at Section 508 level, including the higher one levels like: A, AA, AAA:

pswp__button–close
pswp__button–share
pswp__button–fs
pswp__button–zoom
pswp__button–arrow–left
pswp__button–arrow–right
