Empty box instead of stars on blog posts

  • Hi all,

    So I’ve been using this plugin for a while with no issues. I chose the “flat magenta stars” option at the end of each post.

    But recently I noticed that only the front page posts were showing the widget accurately.

    When you click on a title and read the full post, the widget appears as an empty bow instead of the 5 stars. And you can’t rate the post.

    Same inside the widget admin : it shows either 5 red stars (not the ones I chose) or the same dreadful empty box. Maybe a conflict with another plugin? But why no issue with the front page posts?

    Update: this plugin has not been updated for the last 8 months, and I have discovered that this plugin is compatible with versions up to 6.3.4, and I’m currently using the 6.5.3 version. Pretty concerned since I intended to buy the pro version.

    Is there a way to upload the ratings to be able to use another rating plugin?
