Hi there,

In order to troubleshoot this further, please share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**. In addition, did you make any tweaks to the checkout fields? Are orders created through a CSV import or by the REST API by any chance? Are there any other users on the site with admin access that could manually create orders?

Hi there,

I have received such an order on woocommerce… I dont know how they managed to check out without entering information or where the information is gone?

A lot of things happen when you receive an order.

* The order gets generated.
* Payment is sent and received.
* Mails are generated and sent.

etc…

Most of the time when this happens your server ran out of breath and crashed briefly. This interrupted the info from being written to the database. It happens. Unless this happens frequently I would not worry.
