    You may need to try removing recaptcha from your site. I think there was someone who had a similar issue due to how recaptcha is added to sites through contact form 7.
    They had to go into their contact form 7 settings and turn recaptcha off.

    If the above does not solve the issue, could you create a test page with a test form that I can examine?

    Also if you could provide the list of plugins you are using that may also help.
