    I’ve been using the featured posts slideshow banner, but I don’t want any banner text to be displayed. I tried to add the “banner_text” custom field with just an   – but it still seems to be display an “empty” space on top of the slider images.

    Is there a way I can tell the slider to not output any banner text?

    Along with the question above – what if I want to change or customize the styling of the banner text? Should I use some custom CSS to do that?

    Hi,

    You can apply this custom CSS:

    .site-banner-header { display: none; }

    Please also note that if you purchase the Auberge Plus you will be able to use a custom slider plugin in the banner area instead.

    And yes, for the custom banner text design you need to customize it via custom CSS – or use an Auberge Plus’ custom banner feature to put your custom slider plugin (you can use any plugin such as Master Slider or others).

    Regards,

    Oliver
