Exclude lines with blank mail tags: YES
HTML: NO

You don’t need this. Remove it.

Additional Headers: Sender: [email protected]

I removed that but am still getting the blank attachments.

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins. If you still see the issue, contact your host support.

im having the same problem just set to default and see no joy??
