empty admin menu and 404 admin.php?page=tablepress

    Hi, i have an issue with plugin – it not working after activation ??

    about issue:
    after activation i did not found button in WYSIWYG and menu point. Then i tried to open mysite.com/wp-admn/admin.php?page=tablepress by myself and it shows 404 page.

    plugin was activated successfully
    as i know, menu point must to be after comments

    i tried to add “die(1)” to tablepress.php in plugin root folder and it works, i see only “1” on site
