Employer/Job reviews theme

Hello everyone! Could somebody recommend me any good review site WordPress template that can meet the following requirements?

The idea is that people could go into the website and leave their review on their job satisfaction at the last company they were in according to different criteria that the administrator could customize. Ideally one could search for the company either by name or by company tax code or also by having a look at a map on the front site.

A must would be that people could create new companies by themselves if they didn’t find the one they were looking for (the creation of the company at the database would not be done by the administrator).

It would be like a generalist type of Glassdoor. There are many review themes for movies/blog entries/books… but none of them really work for this purpose. The closest that I have thought of are restaurant reviews themes that could be adapted with some effort, but I’m sure there are better options out there.
