employee to jetpack

If I understood correctly, you want your employee who has Author access on the site to view Jetpack stats. Correct?

Ok but it does not work in the free plan ? right?

The free plan does include stats, and should be able to make it so that your employee can see them.

You can go to Tools → Marketing → Traffic from your WordPress dashboard and enable stats viewing for the other roles on the site.
