Employee Rewards Record-keeping

I am looking for some kind of plugin that will let me track various employee rewards: points for good attendance, points for catching a job problem, etc. I am thinking this would be a simple debit/credit system – adding points when awarded and deducting them as the employee claims them.

The problem is, I can’t seem to find anything even close to that – any ideas?
