    Hello,

First off thank you team for the great plugin, I am using the free version of the plugin and so far has been great addition to my start up business and am looking in purchasing the premium version soon.

A couple of thing I am confused, it looks like when a customer books an appointment the notification email gets sent out successfully. What I am having an issue is I am not getting notifications to my employee email.

I am not sure if there is anything wrong with my configuration but the “FROM” in the “Notifications” settings page is set to the same email address as the email that I would like to be receiving the emails from. Additionally, I am not getting any SMS notifications.

I noticed I cannot access the employee settings under “Roles” and that has me thinking. Are these features only available in the premium version?

    Hello there.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In the Lite version, you need to add your email address to Settings/Provider Details, and you also need to make sure the Settings/Notifications have been configured.

Since you’re receiving notifications as a customer, we believe that you already configured this properly, so it could be that the email that’s being sent to the employee is sent to your Spam folder – please check that out.

We’ve just tested the Lite version again, and emails are being sent properly. If you choose to switch to the full version of the plugin, you’ll see a separate section for your employees, and you’ll also be able to use other mailing services.

Some features and settings are disabled in the Lite version.

    Kind regards.
