emojis showing as ? after migration from mordpress.org to EC2

Hi!
I have migrated a wordpress site from www.remarpro.com to EC2 in AWS.
I have noticed that the emoji are showing as ? and I do not know how to solve that problem.

I am using the latest version of wordpress.
On the wp-config.php I have:

define( 'DB_CHARSET', 'utf8' );

/** The database collate type. Don't change this if in doubt. */
define( 'DB_COLLATE', '' );

and on the database the encoding is:

Can someone help me or point me to possible errors that I am not seeing?
