    I’ve been using Mailpoet for several years and I’ve never had any display problems, but now the emojis appear as question marks.

    Hi Jessica,

    That sounds frustrating!

    Can you share a screenshot of the email you sent to see which emojis were included?

    Do you know if the emails were opened on mobile or desktop? Did the recipients use a browser, or an email client? Are you able to share a screenshot of how the email looked there?

    I tried sending emojis in both the Subject line and in a paragraph and they displayed fine.
