    Hi,

    As the title says, emails are being sent to some customers who have completed a purchase and haven’t abandoned their cart.
    Are there any settings that can be tweaked or is it just a user behaviour quirk?

    Hi, thanks for the reply @damianmachnik

    It seems to happen from time to time. Not all orders get sent an email after completing a purchase, only a small handful, but it’s enough to confuse some customers.
    The session option is enabled and I’m wondering if that could be causing a problem if they login during checkout?
