Emergency – url going to WordPress installation page

Help! I just tried to go to my blog and instead of my home page my url – https://www.abigailblake.com/sugarapple takes me to the WordPress installation page. I just deleted 2 widgets and can’t figure out why this is happening. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I’m panicking!
