EMERGENCY PLEASE HELP ALL MY PLUGINS ARE GONE

Please please please help me.

I was using the free version of updraft, and had it synced with my Google Drive account. I paid for the premium so that you can help me so I’m really hoping I can go back in time with this… I am in tears. I have LOST ALL My plugins

I did a backup of my site manually and once I saw it was done, I made a bunch of updates to plugins on my site, and when I did that, it ruined my shopping cart. So then I went to Updraft to restore ONLY the plugins since I had made several other very important updates to my site that I did NOT want to revert back.

NOW My site is completely broken and when I restored to the back up that I did. I chose only to restore the plugins from the most recent backup and now the are ALL GONE. I don’t know what happened. Please help me figure this out. I’m so scared i have lost everything.I really need help with this ??
